Semi finished product testing: For example, in the production process of photovoltaic modules, electrical performance and appearance testing are carried out on welded cell strings, laminated modules, etc; In the production process of energy storage equipment, performance testing and functional verification are carried out on battery modules, inverters, etc., to timely detect and correct quality problems in the production process, and to avoid unqualified products from flowing into the next process.
Finished product testing: Conduct comprehensive testing and inspection of the produced optical storage intelligent housing components or whole house products. This includes power testing and insulation testing of photovoltaic modules, charging and discharging performance testing and safety performance testing of energy storage equipment, functional testing and communication testing of intelligent control systems, as well as electrical safety testing and environmental adaptability testing of the entire house. Only products that pass all testing items can be judged as qualified products and allowed to enter the finished product warehouse or be delivered to customers.
Regular sampling: In order to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality, the testing center will conduct regular sampling of inventory products and delivered products. The sampling content includes various performance indicators and quality parameters of the product. Once quality problems are found, timely measures should be taken to rectify and handle them. At the same time, relevant production processes should be traced and analyzed to identify the root cause of the problem and prevent similar problems from happening again.
