Installation of packaging box circuit
Fixing and wiring of distribution box: Install the distribution box on the outside or inside of the box in a dry and easy to operate position, and fix it with expansion screws (ensuring insulation with the metal part of the box); When connecting to the main power supply, it is necessary to distinguish between the live wire (L), neutral wire (N), and ground wire (PE). The ground wire must be reliably connected to the grounding terminal (or external grounding electrode) of the box to avoid "zero ground sharing"; The branch switches inside the box are divided into functional zones (such as lighting circuits, socket circuits, and high-power equipment circuits), and each circuit is independently wired and labeled with its purpose.
Line laying: According to the planned direction, groove (depth ≥ 15mm) on the wall of the box or use card slots to fix the conduit, and seal the conduit joints; When threading the wire through the conduit, avoid tangling or damage, and the total cross-sectional area of the wire inside the conduit should not exceed 40% of the inner diameter of the sleeve; Horizontal lines should be laid along the top or bottom of the box, while vertical lines should avoid door and window positions. The height of socket lines from the ground is about 300mm, and the height of lighting lines from the top plate is about 100mm to ensure that furniture placement or equipment installation in the later stage does not affect the lines.
Terminal installation: Terminal devices such as sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures should be selected with surface mounted models that are compatible with the packaging box (or concealed models should be selected according to the thickness of the box). During installation, ensure that the wiring is firm, with the live wire connected to the "L" end of the switch and socket, the neutral wire connected to the "N" end, and the ground wire connected to the "PE" end. It is strictly prohibited to miss the grounding wire; The installation of lighting fixtures should avoid the ventilation openings of the box, and lighting fixtures weighing over 1kg should be additionally fixed with expansion screws to prevent detachment.
