Before installation, two key preparations need to be completed: first, a size review of the reserved opening for the packaging box to ensure that the deviation from the door and window specifications is controlled within ± 2mm, and at the same time, cleaning up debris around the opening and leveling the connection surface; The second is to check the integrity of door and window components, with a focus on verifying whether the frame, glass, hardware (hinges, locks, etc.) match, and whether the sealing strip is intact.  
The core installation process is divided into three steps: first, fix the door and window frames at the preset points of the opening with expansion bolts or special connectors, ensuring that the vertical and horizontal deviations of the frame do not exceed 1mm/m; Secondly, install glass and door panels, adjust hardware components to ensure smooth opening and closing, and even gaps; Finally, fill the joint between the frame and the opening with waterproof sealant, and install decorative pressure strips on the outside to enhance waterproofing and aesthetics.  

The installation process must strictly follow two standards: first, structural stability, with a spacing of no more than 600mm between connectors to ensure that the wind pressure resistance performance of doors and windows meets the standard; The second is the sealing waterproof performance, which needs to be tested with water after completion, and can only be accepted if there is no leakage. The overall installation cycle is short, and a single door and window can be completed in about 1-2 hours. It is also detachable and reusable, which is in line with the green and efficient construction concept of integrated houses.
